First steps to Mindfulness

Mindfulness means a state of awareness in the present moment, observed with an attitude of curiosity and without judgment.

Mindfulness practice teaches us to pay proper attention to our thoughts, emotions, sensations, in a state of calm and clear vision that allows us to make the best decisions for any purposes.

For teachers, knowledge and the practice of Mindfulness is useful for managing personal stress and anxiety in a difficult situation in the classroom; for students, it can increase attention and concentration, facilitating memorization and giving tools to face moments of anxiety, such as tests and examinations.
